ACCEPTANCE
These Rules and Terms of Service constitute the entire Agreement and Contract between you (“Member”) and Manju Groups Private Limited in relation to the service(s) provided by Manju Groups Private Limited at its website https://manjugroups.in/ (“the Site”) and supersede all prior agreements, accords, and communications (oral or written). By achieving the online E-registration procedure and connecting the “I Accept” button, you restrain yourself to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Service.
DEFINITIONS
Manju Groups Private Limited refers to the company, the enterprise, corporation, firm, individual, or club of persons currently administering, delivering content for, upholding, and otherwise governing the Site, as well as every employee of Manju Groups Private Limited and its promoting agent or representatives for the time being and their employees, as well as every counsellor, advisor, and associate of Manju Groups Private Limited and their respective employees.
Any contest, lucky draw, promotions, sweepstakes, or any other scheme by whatever name is called involving an element of chance with or without a coincidental test of any knack, or aptitude.
The hosting with all its grammatical variations indicates the provision of Services by Manju Groups Private Limited at the Site is always subject to the conditions of the Guarantee.
Personal Information means all information about the Member or customer provided to Manju Groups Private Limited via online forums at the Site or by any other means of communication, whether electronic, oral or penned.
The site with all its verbal and grammatical interpretations directs to the website hosted on the Internet/World Wide Web with the address of http://www.manjugropus.in/ or such other address as may occasionally be deeded to or adopted by Manju Groups Private Limited.
The Services means Manju Groups Private Limited offers the Member, on a “when available” basis, the opportunity to partake in all matches, fanfares, and competitions strategies hosted for the time being on the Site by Manju Groups Private Limited.
Winning with all its grammatical take-ups means and incorporates any reward, cash, gift, exchange voucher or a certificate that is or may be offered by the Contest Provider as the conclusive result of any Match hosted by Manju Groups Private Limited on the Site and the winner signifies an individual who is privileged as the outcome of any Contest to acquire a winning.
CONSIDERATION FOR SERVICE
Agrees to deliver Manju Groups Private Limited with existing and authentic information about the Member as Manju Groups Private Limited may request via the Site (“Personal Information”).
Agrees to keep this information current, complete, and correct by agreeing to, maintaining, and updating it as needed.
Agrees and undertakes to keep his Id completely confidential and not to reveal it to any other person or entity under any circumstances, and further agrees and undertakes to immediately notify Manju Groups private limited of any breach of the aforementioned confidentiality, loss, misplacement, theft, misuse, or abuse of the Id.
RIGHT OF MODIFICATION
At all times, Manju Groups private limited shall have the absolute right to modify, discontinue or terminate the Service without notice to the Member.
It is expressly agreed and understood by the Member that Oberoi Realty Limited shall not be liable to the Member or to any third party for such modification, discontinuance or termination.
The Member shall be entitled to discontinue his membership by written communication, duly authenticated, delivered to Manju Groups private limited at the address specified on the Site for the said purpose.
RIGHT OF TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If in the sole opinion of Manju Groups private limited, the Member has contradicted, committed hacking, or committed an infringement of any of the terms of this Contract, Manju Groups private limited shall be authorised, without prior notice, to terminate the Member’s Membership and renege his/her Id. The Member fully agrees and understands that any violation or default by the Member of any of the Agreement’s conditions will result in the immediate revocation of his Membership and cancellation of his/her Id without notice.
Manju Groups private limited and its employees shall not be liable to the Member or any other person for any such revocation of Membership and cancellation of Id, provided that Manju Groups private limited shall be entitled to all of its dues and antidotes against the Member for any flop, damage, or preconception that may have been caused to Manju Groups private limited as a result of any such breach or default by the Member.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER
The Member agrees and undertakes to indemnify and hold Manju Groups private limited harmless from any loss, claim, demand, damage, costs, charges (including legal fees and charges), or prejudice that may be incurred as a result of the Member’s use of the Service offered and Manju Groups private limited’s default or breach of any of the terms of this Agreement at the site.
INTERPRETATION OF THIS AGREEMENT
Manju Groups’ private limited’s decision on the interpretation of any clause of this Agreement is final and binding on the Member.
ARBITRATION
All disagreements and differences between the parties hereto, including the interpretation of any condition of this Deal, shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed by Manju Groups Private Limited, and the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 will govern such arbitral proceedings.
COPY RIGHT
The copyright in all photos, content, and material on the Site belongs to and resides with Manju Groups Private Limited unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction of any content, image, or other material in any form, whether printed or electronic, without the prior written permission of Manju Groups Private Limited, is strictly prohibited, and infractions will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Manju Groups Private Limited will use the Personal Information you provide under this Agreement to provide you with the information and services you request from Manju Groups Private Limited relating to the projects, properties, ventures, or opportunities detailed on Manju Groups Private Limited’s websites or otherwise notified to you; to provide you with information about other goods and services Manju Groups Private Limited offers that are similar to those that you requested, and to provide you with information about other goods and services Manju Groups Private Limited offers that are similar. If you are an existing customer, Manju Groups Private Limited will only contact you with information about opportunities, goods, and services similar to those that were the subject of a previous sale or negotiations of a sale to you via e-mail, Whatsapp, SMS, telephone, or your preferred method of contact. If you are a new customer, and Manju Groups Private Limited allows third parties to use your data, Manju Groups Private Limited (or they) will only contact you via e-mail, Whatsapp, SMS, telephone, or your preferred form of contact provided different, if you have given your approval.
