Roles and Responsibilities
10 – 15 years- experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas/plots
– Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the entire team
– Drive branding / advertising initiatives for plots projects across all regions after in-depth analysis of the geographic, demographic and psychographic aspects of each target market.
– Ensure timely and accurate documentation and execution of residential sales agreements / deeds etc; Act as the sole custodian of all documentation and information related to the project.
– Oversee timely preparation and submission of MIS for residential sales; Monitor cash flows and achievement of residential sales targets
– Maximize sales revenues and drive timely collections to ensure minimal receivables People
– Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role
– Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes for multiple projects
– Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting Sales strategies and other promotional activities for various projects to create a new market to achieve the targets.
– Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
– Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
– Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances.
experience in Real Estate Sales in a leadership role
– Real Estate Industry Knowledge of Product Range; Knowledge of Documentation Standards & Clauses Knowledge of Brand Management
– Total 15+ years- experience and at least 10 years- experience in Real Estate of which minimum 5 years- experience in Chennai Real Estate market-
– Must be a go-getter and has a track record of managing large teams and large volume sales
Must be able to handle a team of 15 to 20 staffs
